Linnaeus-Palme is a SIDA-funded programme administered by the Swedish Council for Higher Education. The aim is to contribute to a broader resource base for international development cooperation and increased quality in higher education, through teacher and student exchange between higher education institutions in Sweden and higher education institutions in low- and middle-income countries. The Linnaeus-Palme Partnership allows Swedish universities to apply for grants for the development of partnerships with universities in low and middle-income countries. Grants from the programme provide the opportunity to offer coordinated teacher and student exchanges that strengthen the university’s capacity and strategic internationalisation work. Linnaeus-Palme Student exchange Full-time studies at first-cycle and second-cycle level Credits for studies must be transferrable.
